This week, the President made a prime time speech on immigration reform. Showing his roots as a Texan well aware of the political minefield that is immigration, Bush proposed a policy that enraged both the "Deport 'em" crowd and the "Amnesty" crowd. Asked to explain how the President finally seemed to come up with a policy that, although flawed, can at least be termed moderate without gagging, White House spokesman Tony Snow mused, "We call the the policy Texas Hold 'Em.
